Questions

What's expected of me?

Existential Psychotherapy is not a passive process for patients.  Once you commit yourself to the therapy process, you need to be prepared to actively engage in therapy.  Speaking freely and openly about your thoughts, feelings, dreams, sensations, fantasies, hopes and fears will allow you and your therapist to  build a clear picture of how you experience the world.  Undertaking agreed self-help work in between each session also allows you to translate therapy into everyday change.
